2. Use of Services
You may use Healthy AI for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform in any harmful or inappropriate way. Only individuals aged 18 or above may create an account.
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: No prediction made by Healthy AI constitutes medical advice. All results are AI-generated and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a licensed doctor for any health-related decisions. Healthy AI is not liable for any medical decisions made based on this platform.
4. Data & Privacy
Your data is used solely to generate predictions. We do not share your data with any third parties. You may delete your account and data at any time. Passwords are stored in hashed (SHA-256) form.
5. Intellectual Property
The Healthy AI name, logo and design belong to Bhavya Kansal. The ML models, code and UI design were built specifically for this hackathon project. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
